Bill Belichick’s Girlfriend Jordon Hudson Wears Ring at Airport, Fuels Engagement Rumors

Jordon Hudson, the girlfriend of former New England Patriots general manager Bill Belichick, continues to spark engagement rumors — this time with a trip to the airport. 

Photos obtained by TMZ show Hudson, 24, sitting in the Raleigh-Durham Airport in North Carolina on Saturday, May 24, awaiting a flight to Boston. The former cheerleader can be seen sporting what appears to be a diamond ring on her left-hand ring finger.

The airport photos follow a report from The New York Times that Hudson has told at least one person that she and Belichick, 73, are engaged.

The report also comes on the heels of news that Belichick recently changed the name of his boat. The vessel, which was previously called VIII Rings — a nod to his eight Super Bowl wins — is now known as I + VIII Rings, according to photos obtained by TMZ Sports. Some speculation indicates that the additional ring could be for Hudson.

Additionally, Hudson was seen wearing a diamond ring on that finger at an American Museum of Natural History luncheon in New York City on April 29 in photos obtained by Page Six. Her hands were clasped as her elbows rested on the table, but the diamond was on full display.

She was also spotted wearing the sparkler the previous evening on April 28, while heading to dinner in a black and white dress.

However, neither Hudson nor Belichick has spoken publicly about the engagement rumors, and Hudson has previously had fun with accessories on that finger in the past. She shared a photo of her bejeweled fingers to mark the couple’s “meetiversary” on Feb. 11.

“Happy Meetiversary @billbelichick — Cheers 🥂 to the fact that you still let me give you lengthy philosophical lectures four years later,” she joked on Instagram, referring to their first conversation regarding her college philosophy course.

The couple’s relationship has taken center stage in recent weeks, especially after an especially awkward appearance on CBS News’ Sunday Morning in which Hudson interrupted an interview with the North Carolina head coach when he was asked a question about how they met.

“We’re not talking about this,” the former Bridgewater State University student interjected when journalist Tony Dokoupil asked.

Belichick later addressed claims that Hudson may be distracting her boyfriend from his coaching responsibilities.

“I mean, that’s really off to the side,” he responded in an interview with ESPN after being asked if his high-profile relationship impacts his ability to coach. “It’s a personal relationship, and she [Jordon] doesn’t have anything to do with UNC football.”
