The original soundtrack for Dune: Awakening is now available to purchase.
Milan Records announces the release of the Original Game Soundtrack for Funcom’s Dune: Awakening, with music by award-winning composer, Knut Avenstroup Haugen.
“Composing the soundtrack for Dune: Awakening has been an epic journey—one that challenged and inspired me in equal measure,” says Haugen. “I wanted the score to reflect the depth and mystery of the lore, as well as the haunting majesty of Arrakis. The music is rich, colourful, and emotionally resonant. The orchestra—beautifully recorded at AIR Studios—along with synthesizers and a wide array of unique and amazing soloists and instruments, formed the fabric of a score full of contrasts: it’s both intimate and vast, dreamlike and raw. To contribute to the legacy of Dune in this way has been a true adventure—an experience I will always treasure.”

Dune: Awakening is now available to all players with the Deluxe or Ultimate Edition. The full launch arrives on June 10, and the game can be pre-loaded now on Steam, regardless of edition. Anyone who pre-purchases the Deluxe or Ultimate Edition before June 10 can start playing right away.
